Acted as Lead adviser to PRC government and Mr. Shuqing Guo (former Chairman of CCB and current Chairman of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission) in privatization and IPOs of China Construction Bank (CCB) and the Peoples Insurance Company of China (PICC).
